Kylie Jenner 'loving it' as Selena Gomez suffers humbling blow

Kylie Jenner is glad Selena Gomez lost her Forbes billionaire status, and their longtime feud could explode in public.

"They've had bad blood for years, so, of course, Kylie is enjoying this," a source said, per Radar Online.

Kylie began her successful business journey when she launched her beauty brand Kylie Cosmetics in 2015. 

In 2020, Selena followed suit with her makeup brand Rare beauty, which left the reality star furious.

"Kylie was furious when Selena copied her and she's not over it," the mole claimed.

Jenner attained billionaire status in 2019, when she was 21-years-old. However, Forbes later revoked the status and accused her of inflating her net worth.

In 2024, Selena attained billionaire status. But a recent estimate by Forbes says the Single Soon hitmaker is worth $700 million, not a billion.

"When Kylie lost her billionaire status, it was humiliating. She felt like people were celebrating and couldn't wait to tear her down, so when Selena was named a billionaire for her makeup line, it hit a nerve," the source explained.

They added: "Kylie kept it cool publicly, but it definitely bothered her. She always felt like Selena got a free pass, like the narrative was that she's sweet and relatable, so no one questioned the numbers.”

“Kylie had to deal with people calling her fake, saying her business was smoke and mirrors, while Selena just seemed to skate by with no questions asked," the mole explained.

Kylie's and Selena's feud began in 2014 when the singer unfollowed the Khy founder and her sister Kendall when she found them getting cozy with her on-and-off boyfriend Justin Bieber. 

The mole continued, "She's loving seeing Selena get taken down a notch. Kylie's competitive with Selena because they have so much history, so seeing her lose her billionaire status has given Kylie a good laugh."
