Chloe Madeley gave fans a sneak peek into her realistic 'what I eat in a day' routine.

The personal trainer, 38, who shares her three-year-old daughter Bodhi with the former rugby star, 40, spoke candidly abut her new approach to diet, revealing that she has switched from eating five main meals a day to three. 

However, Chloe emphasised that she does not restrict herself or follow a low carb diet, instead she prefers consuming healthy fats and whole foods.

Kicking off the post with a disclaimer, she revealed she starts each day with a range of supplements, including Vitamins. 

Sharing a breakdown of her daily routine, Chloe explained that she begins her morning with a cup of coffee to boost her energy, a bowl of fruit or fiber and nutrients, and a healthy protein bar.

After hitting the gym, she typically opts for a protein smoothie, chicken with grains and vegetables, or an egg and veggie omelet. 

For dinner, Chloe revealed that she and her daughter enjoy sitting down together ay around 6pm each evening. She described it as her highest-calorie meal of the day, and the most relaxed when it comes to nutrition.

She also admitted she enjoys eating out and is happy to enjoy pizza. In another post, she wrote: 'Evening: This usually sees me in a range of between 1400-1600kcals and 70-90g protein.

'As both a dietary tracker AND a coach, this is why "range targets" are realistic and enjoyable; You're never going to hit bang on X calories every day, and you don't need to. 

Alongside the post, Chloe shared snaps of her healthy-looking meals, as well as another update detailing her calorie and protein intake.
