Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce annoy one wedding guest

A wedding guest invited to the upcoming nuptials of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce has been left furious after allegedly being told they are not allowed to bring a plus-one to the high-profile ceremony. 

The unnamed guest, who claims to be a friend of the pop star, has revealed that their invitation did not extend a plus-one invite, sparking enough frustration that they are now actively considering skipping the star-studded event entirely.

The restriction has reportedly left the single guest feeling excluded and uncomfortable, especially given that other high-profile attendees have apparently been allowed to bring their partners to the July 3 celebration in New York City.

The disgruntled friend complained about the awkwardness of being expected to attend the wedding alone, admitting that they are quite shy and are worried they won't know many people in the crowd. 

Pointing out the stark contrast in how guests are being treated, the insider noted that they know Selena Gomez is bringing her husband Benny Blanco, yet they have been denied a plus-one simply because they are a single woman. 

While the guest acknowledged that the venue can probably only hold a specific number of people, they confessed that it is not the best feeling to be left out, jokingly adding that they are hardly close friends with the likes of fellow attendees Gigi and Bella Hadid.

The strict guest list limits are not the only thing causing a stir behind the scenes, as the entire location of the event remains shrouded in complete mystery. 

In a bid to maintain total security and stop the public from finding out where Swift is getting married until the last minute, the precise venue will only be disclosed to the guests on the actual morning of the wedding.

This secrecy has turned the lead-up into one massive guessing game, with those on the guest list speculating that the couple will opt for a luxury venue with top-tier security and controlled access, such as the Waldorf Astoria hotel.

Despite the frustration over the seating arrangements, the guest insisted that they still love Swift and want nothing but the best for her, stating they understand the security concerns and do not want to come across as a major complainer. 

The 36-year-old Cruel Summer singer and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end got engaged last August after two years of dating, sharing intimate photos of a romantic backyard proposal with the playful caption that your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married. 

An impressive list of celebrity heavyweights has already been invited to the big day, including Chiefs coach Andy Reid, Graham Norton, and Zoë Kravitz, alongside Gomez and Gigi Hadid who are both reportedly serving in the bridal party.
