Reality television personality Tom Sandoval has got his girlfriend Victoria Robinson arrested following an allegedly violent domestic dispute that has left him displaced from his own property.

The 42-year-old Vanderpump Rules star filed a formal request for a domestic violence restraining order against Robinson on Thursday, June 25, just weeks after the dramatic late-night altercation took place.

In the court documents, Sandoval claims that he was subjected to severe physical and verbal abuse at the hands of his partner, whom he has been dating since the beginning of 2024.

The tipping point in the relationship occurred during a night out on June 3, when an argument allegedly turned physical.

According to the court filing, Robinson punched Sandoval in the face with such immense force that it left him with lasting physical pain and caused his vision to blur.

The impact also reportedly caused injuries to his ear and neck.

Robinson was subsequently arrested by police on a charge of intimate partner battery with physical violence, though she was released on bond later that same day.

The chaotic incident reportedly escalated further when Robinson's father, J. Will Robinson, also got involved.

Sandoval claimed that the father lunged at him in his non-sober state and punched a large hole directly through his bedroom door, prompting the reality star to file a separate domestic violence restraining order against him as well.

In his emotional declaration, Sandoval expressed grave concern for his safety and well-being, explaining that his partner and her father have continued to live in the rental property that he is presently paying for.

He noted that he has been completely displaced from his home and simply cannot tolerate the abuse any longer, stating that his ongoing efforts to maintain the peace have only been met with further hostile behavior.

Sandoval further alleged that the physical violence was part of a broader, long-standing pattern of toxic and controlling behavior throughout their relationship.

He claimed that Robinson had previously struck his neck, punched his face, and thrown a full Gatorade bottle at him, alongside subjecting him to frequent verbal assaults.

According to the filing, she repeatedly insulted and demeaned him by calling him an idiot, a moron, and a f***ing loser, while telling him that she could get so much better and that the only reason people liked him was because of her.

Beyond the physical and verbal altercations, the TV star accused his girlfriend of invading his privacy and trying to manipulate his public image.

Sandoval claimed that Robinson would regularly access his personal phone to change his social media passwords without his knowledge, track his movements using an AirTag, and spread falsities about him online.

He also alleged that she deliberately went into his device to delete evidence of her abuse.

Hoping to officially regain access and control over his home, vehicle, and personal belongings, Sandoval is now awaiting a formal court hearing on the restraining order, which a judge has officially scheduled for July 16.
