Tommy Fury heaped praise on his fiancée, Molly-Mae Hague for returning to the gym just four weeks after giving birth to their second son.

The influencer, 27, welcomed her second child with Tommy Fury, also 27, earlier this month.

The couple named their baby boy as Midas Thomas.

Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Tommy, 27, revealed he was 'so proud' to see Molly-Mae, also 27, 'smashing' being back in the gym as he shared a loved-up selfie and a photo of her in gym wear.

He wrote: 'So proud of my girl, after giving birth nearly four weeks ago she's already back smashing in the gym'. The boxer added she was the 'best workout partner'.

It is pertinent to mention that the NHS states that if a mother has had a straightforward birth, gentle exercise such as walking, stretching and pelvic floor exercises, can begin as soon as they feel up to it.

The NHS also advises new mothers to attend their six-week postnatal check before starting any high-impact exercise.

The couple shared their son's name with fans when boxer Tommy stepped into the ring for his fight against Eddie Hall in Manchester on June 13.

He was seen sporting the baby's name on his shorts.

However, in a new vlog, Molly-Mae has revealed that their son was actually named after a robot boxing film, Real Steel.
