Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank are rejoicing the arrival of their new-born daughter along with their two young sons in Portugal, away from the drama.

It is understood that Princess Beatrice is very excited and happy to become an aunt to a niece. While it is unclear if she will be travelling to Lisbon anytime soon or if she has already visited, insiders have revealed that the sisters are constantly keeping in touch “calling several times a day”.

Sarah Ferguson reportedly arrived at Eugenie’s last week to finally meet her granddaughter. Although, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor remains excluded from the celebrations.

While King Charles and the wider royal family have ousted the disgraced former Duke, Beatrice and Eugenie have also been keeping their distance after the Epstein files were released. Meanwhile, there have been conflicting reports about Fergie and Andrew being in contact.

Royal biographer Andrew Lownie said that Beatrice and Eugenie have a “fractured and complex” relationship with their father.

Fergie has been keeping a low profile in the public, but it appears that she has also abandoned Andrew. She is aware of the troubles her daughters are going through and it is possible that she has also decided to “move on”.

This would be a wise move on Fergie’s part, which would further alleviate some troubles of Beatrice and Eugenie.
