Carolina Panthers QB Bryce Young found himeself involved in mid-practice training camp in Charlotte, on Monday, August 10.

Young took offence to a play where safety Lathan Ransom attempted to strike rusher Jonathon Brooks during a rushing attempt.

What happened next, was a complete chaotic scene unfolded in at the Bank of America Stadium, Charlottle.

According to The Athletic’s Joe Person, who first reported on the incident stated, that there was a “big fight,” and that Young and corner back Mike Jackson were “jawing,” and were “still jawing” a few minutes later.

One of the Panthers’ offensive linemen also reportedly joined the brawl and one player was said to have been hit in the head.

After the scuffle, Young, Jackson and fellow safety Nick Scott went into a lengthy huddle, the outlet reported.

Scott talked to reporters about the fight in his post-practice presser.

“At this point in camp, there’s just a level of Physicality that naturally happened,” Scott admitted on Monday, August 10.

“Part of that is, you know, we haven’t seen a different color in a long, long time. The pads have been on, it’s hot and everything like that.”

So, that’s part of the game. You want it. But as theh same time, there’s that aspect of protecting the team and guys that you’re going to need on Sunday, for sure,” Scott added the context.

Panthers’ starters will play in Carolina’s next preseason game this Saturday, August 15 against the Buffalo Bills.
