Prince Harry issues statement after King Charles prosperity prayers

Prince Harry's team shared details about a key meeting after King Charles sent heartfelt prayers.

On August 25, a statement was released alongside photos on the Invictus Games Instagram page about the Invictus Movement in Ukraine.

The message reads, "The Invictus Games Foundation’s Deputy CEO, Richard Smith CBE, met with Ukraine’s Minister for Veterans Affairs, Vitalii Kim, to discuss the continued development of the Invictus Movement in Ukraine and the impact of our work together.

"Since 2019, the Invictus Games Foundation has worked alongside the Ukrainian Ministry of Veterans Affairs to expand access to adaptive sport, support rehabilitation and create opportunities for veterans and serving personnel to connect and recover through sport.

"The meeting reinforced the importance of maintaining the strong partnership we have built over the past decade, while deepening and strengthening our collaboration to support the continued development of sports recovery in Ukraine through our Signature Programme."

It is important to note that Prince Harry's team issued an update on the Invictus Ukraine mission after the King's message to the conflict-hit nation on their Independence Day.
