Meghan Markle suffers first blow in UK: 'She does not get the crown'

Meghan Markle dealt with a setback as another renowned figure was dubbed a perfect choice for The Gentlemen.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex returned to the United Kingdom on August 26 with their little ones, Archie and Lilibet, for an extended period.

The couple arrived at Birmingham Airport. Notably, they were given no police protection for their arrival.

Amid many other discussions, gossip columnist Rob Shutter revealed that Kim Kardashian was a more suitable choice for Guy Ritchie's show, which might not be pleasant to hear for Meghan.

An insider told, "Guy loves controversy, star power and people who instantly get everyone talking — and Kim delivers all three.

"Meghan is absolutely in the conversation, but she’s not the only one. If Guy could land Kim, she would be his first choice."

Rob claimed that in Hollywood, producers reach out to different stars, agents and managers at the same time for a potential role.

"Nobody has been handed the crown," the royal commentator said.
