Christina Haack and Ant Anstead celebrate son Hudson's 7th birthday

Christina Haack and Ant Anstead marked their son Hudson's 7th birthday with separate but equally heartfelt tributes on Instagram, continuing their pattern of amicable co-parenting years after their 2021 divorce. 

Haack, 43, shared a seven-photo carousel that included several snaps of Hudson affectionately embracing animals, captioning the post: "Happy 7th Birthday Hudson!! My sweet boy I adore you and your kind soul!! Smart, adventurous, helpful, silly and a full on Virgo when it comes to organization. I am so lucky to be your mama!!"

Anstead, 47, shared his own tribute in the form of a video featuring photos and clips of Hudson through the years, writing: "Hudzo you were born with a light! An unmistakably GLOW around you! You shine with a beautiful blend of fun, cheekiness, love and so much kindness! You are an utterly brilliant boy and it is a privilege to watch you grow and thrive." 

He closed with, "I love being your father! Happy 7th birthday Hudzo. Keep on GLOWING! X"

The birthday tributes continue a now-familiar tradition for the former couple, who have consistently come together for Hudson's milestones despite a rocky custody battle that followed their 2021 split, including an attempt by Anstead to seek full custody in 2022, a request a judge ultimately denied. 

Last September, the two similarly celebrated Hudson's "golden birthday," turning 6 on the 6th, with a joint Instagram post and a chaotic, candy-filled party. 

Both Haack and Anstead have children from earlier relationships as well, Haack shares daughter Taylor, 15, and son Brayden, 11, with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, while Anstead shares daughter Amelie, 21, and son Archie, 20, with ex-wife Louise Anstead.
