Meghan Markle faces new Kim Kardashian challenge as big announcement looms

Meghan Markle faced yet another challenge, and it is against none other than the huge name, Kim Kardashian.

For the unversed, Meghan's late mother-in-law, Princess Diana's iconic revenge dress is set to be bid for a hefty amount on December 9.

Reports suggest that the former Suits actress is keen to make the headline-making purchase, but she won't be the only one on the list.

According to New Idea, "Kim Kardashian is just one big name determined to own this dress, as are Salma Hayek, Lady Gaga and several Qatari and Saudi collectors."

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who are already reportedly going through a financial crisis, may face budget issues, keeping in mind the worth of Diana's dress.

However, Meghan is not ready to give in and 'expressed' her desire to Harry to make a big move.

An insider told, "Meghan has told Harry they should try and bid for this dress for the sake of the children and the documentary.

"Harry’s not so sure, as his parents’ divorce wasn’t a great memory for him, but there’s every chance they’re going to be outbid for sure."

On the day of the bidding, the announcement will reveal who owns Diana's stunning outfit.
