Katie Price has given the latest health update about her mum after previously begging her to ‘find the strength to stay,’ saying ‘I can’t lose you.'
Amy, 74, was diagnosed with the terminal lung disease Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) in 2017.
IPF 'is a condition in which the lungs become scarred and breathing becomes increasingly difficult', the NHS state.
Speaking on The Katie Price Podcast, her sister Sophie told listeners: “So this week, guys, it’s going to be a short and sweet episode because we’re all knackered.“There’s been a lot going on this weekend.
“We’ve all been back and forth to the hospital, working and trying to spend time with mum.”
Meanwhile Katie Price went on to share that she’s going to get a £4,000 cast of her mum’s hand done while she visits her in hospital.
“So Ben, you know, everyone knows Ben, and you’ll see him on the podcast show. So at his house, he’s got this amazing copper cast of him holding his dad’s hand like that way before he passed,” Katie explained.
So I was like, Ben I want to get that off my mum before, like, the end, you know.”
The health update comes after Katie previously shared her concerns over her mother's health, saying she feared she could die while filming the Sky documentary, Nothing To Hide.
