King Charles braces for next bombshell as he barely recovers from Spencer's blow

King Charles may appear calm and collected in his public appearance but it seems the monarch cannot catch a break behind Palace walls as another bombshell is waiting to be dropped.

The Palace is currently in an uncomfortable situation given that Princess Diana’s brother, Charles Spencer, is set to release a memoir which will rehash one of the most painful and troublesome periods that the royals had to endure.

Princess Diana was a beloved figure and the royals suffered a huge hit to their popularity, Charles and Camilla in particular, owing to the cheating scandal during Charles-Diana marriage. Diana’s death was a major blow and proof of her global influence.

In light of the latest revelations from Spencer’s book, the Palace had issued an unprecedented statement suggesting that grief has clouded the Earl of Spencer’s recollections.

The episode is no where near recovery when another tell-all is rumoured to be on its way, this time, by the Queen’s confidante, who allegedly has a bone to pick with King Charles.

Angela Kelly, right-hand woman and personal dresser, the keeper of royal secrets with the keys to the palace safe, in preparing to make a documentary about the royals.

Reportedly, Kelly signed a confidentiality agreement with the Palace, and a royal expert thinks that Charles may be too distracted to notice the next move.

“Angela Kelly was given permission to write three books and she has written two,” royal author Phil Dampier told the Daily Mail. “The King was unhappy because in one of the books she started giving intimate details about the Queen, such as after Philip’s death, sitting on her bed and staring into space. Charles thought that was intrusive and unfair on the late Queen.”

Angela was also evicted from her grace-and-favour home by Charles but given a property in the north of England.

“I understood that was partly to buy her silence and she seemed to have settled down to a quiet life,” he added. “Obviously, it isn’t going to go down very well with the King and other members of the Royal Family. But with everything else going on with the family at the moment, she might well be able to get away with it.”
