Buckingham Palace shares breathtaking photos as Diana returns to spotlight

Buckingham Palace has finally broken its silence and shared a meaningful update on King Charles as Princess Diana returned to the spotlight.

The Palace shared  breataking photos of the 77-year-old monarch as he arrived at Great British Energy's new Aberdeen headquarters to unveil a plaque marking the occasion.

In the new pictures, Prince William and Harry's father is seen smiling with grace amid the chaos caused by Spencer's claims about senior royals in his explosive new book, “Swan Song: Diana, My Sister,” which was released on September 22.

The 77-year-old seemingly turned a blind eye to the book's rlease as he traveled to Scotland at the same time.

King Charles attended a reception at the premises alongside professionals from across the renewable energy sector.

During his visit, he explored interactive displays showcasing Aberdeen's position as a hub for energy innovation. The monarch also met students from Harlaw Academy as part of the engagement.

Great British Energy was set up to accelerate the shift towards clean energy through investment in national infrastructure and the funding of green initiatives.

The company has made Aberdeen its base, recognising the city's deep-rooted energy expertise.= Ahead of the royal visit, the company revealed £750,000 in new funding dedicated to skills development, training programmes and employability initiatives across the north-east of Scotland.
