Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been enjoying some precious time with one of Meghan’s closest during the Sussex’s recent stay in the UK.
Kelly McKee Zajfen, who has known Meghan for more than two decades, made a point of visiting her friend soon after Meghan and Harry returned to Britain last month.
She has now shared a collection of personal photographs from their time together, including some particularly sweet moments with her baby son, Jack, who was born in March.
In one heartwarming photo, Meghan could be seen cradling Jack during a visit to a local pub, while another showed Harry down on the floor playing with the tiny tot inside a beautiful home.
The actress also appeared in a playful snap from the get-together, hiding her face bashfully as she enjoyed a drink with Kelly.
Alongside the photographs, she opened up about how much the trip had meant to her, describing the experience as a special chance to see Britain through Meghan’s eyes while creating new memories with her young son.
"Having the best time. There’s something so special about getting a taste of this magical place with my bestie, and having my sweet Jack along for the adventure," she wrote.
"I've loved seeing this sweet chapter through her eyes and daily adventures! Especially getting to experience so many little firsts with Jack by my side.
Family time is just what the heart ordered. With a side of mashed peas and fish n chips! All of it has filled my heart."
Kelly continued by thanking the people they had met during their stay, writing: "You've been so good to us.
We're leaving with full hearts and definitely leaving a piece of ours here.
To everyone we’ve met or bumped into, thank you for being so loving to my friend.
It's been beautiful to witness. She missed you too! Cheerio!"
