Queen Camilla quietly pens letter of support to bring people together

King Charles’s quietly hopes for “huge success” for a mission that she holds close to her heart, especially as she stands next to King Charles as a sign of solidarity in times of crisis.

Queen Camilla, who is an avid reader, extended her support to a special event, which would aim to people together for an interesting activity.

Organised by Romsey WI, a literary day will take place in the coming two weeks which will bring together authors, publishers and literary groups to celebrate writing and connect the community.

The organisation shared a letter that Camilla, who has her own literary club charity that promotes reading in people of all ages, penned a personal letter for the event.

Addressed to the organiser, Dr Maggie Stanton she wrote, “As you prepare to hold your second Romsey Literary Day, I wanted to write to say that I will be thinking of you all on October 3.”

She continued, “I am sure that the event will be a huge success, bringing the local community together in a shared love of books.”

Camilla wished for them to have a “wonderful time” and said he would be “raising a glass” to them.

The organisation shared that they were “honoured to have the support of Queen Camilla for our coming Literary Day. Her love and support for literacy is well known”
