Princess Kate delivers blow to Spencer-Sussex drama with new message

Princess Kate did not let the growing tensions behind the Palace walls show on her face with a meaningful engagement, delivering a blow to those putting down the royal family,

On September 24, the Princess of Wales stepped out to support a charity helping those who are struggling with addiction problems.

She visited an addiction support charity, The Forward Trust, and engaged in uplifting conversations.

Following her visit, the Palace released a series of photos of beaming Kate with a new message, reading, "Supporting recovery through connection, community and the restorative power of nature. 

"Forward Growing is a community initiative created for people accessing The Forward Trust’s Southend Treatment and Recovery Service (STARS), in partnership with Garon Park.

"Inspiring to see people come together through gardening, walking, creativity and conversation, building confidence, developing new skills and helping to shape a dedicated Forward Garden. A lasting place for wellbeing, recovery and connection, where supportive relationships and community can flourish."

Kate Middleton, who herself finds nature a key source of healing especially after her cancer journey, shared that "Spending time in nature, learning new skills and nurturing a shared garden is a reminder that recovery is rarely a journey made alone."

Her team shed light on the importance of relationships, community and a sense of purpose when one is trying to move forward from issues like addiction.

"Like any journey of growth, recovery takes time, patience and support, but with these, resilience can grow, and new beginnings become possible," the statement concluded.
