Alyson Hannigan shares rare photo with lookalike daughter Keeva

Alyson Hannigan is once again sparking a wave of comments over just how much her younger daughter, Keeva, resembles her, sharing a sweet selfie from a mother-daughter outing over the weekend. 

On Saturday, September 26, the How I Met Your Mother star, 52, posted a photo with 14-year-old Keeva at a Jellycat event, alongside several other snapshots from their day together. 

"Had the BEST time at the @jellycat event," Hannigan wrote in her caption, adding that she was especially grateful for "this custom Jellycat manicure by my daughter."

Fans quickly filled the comments noting the striking resemblance between mother and daughter, from their matching auburn hair to their shared wide smile. 

One follower joked, "Good lord you guys there is genetics and then there is cloning," while another wrote, "That's your exact twin," and a third simply said, "I only see two Alysons."

It's far from the first time Keeva has drawn this kind of reaction, a similar wave of comments followed last month when Hannigan shared a photo of Keeva starting high school, holding a homemade sign reading "So High School, Class of 2030," referencing a Taylor Swift lyric as Hannigan marked officially having "2 High Schoolers" at home.

Hannigan and husband Alexis Denisof, who met on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and later co-starred together on How I Met Your Mother, share two daughters, Satyana, 17, born on Hannigan's own birthday in March 2009, and Keeva, born in May 2012. 

Fans have similarly noted that Satyana shares her mother's closed-mouth smile in past family photos. 

Hannigan has said she's been deliberate about not pushing either daughter toward Hollywood, despite Keeva having shown some interest in performing.
