ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan has decided to hear the “Balochistan law & order situation suo moto” case in Quetta after two weeks, Geo News reported.
SC in a statement issued here, expressed dissatisfaction over the violence in Pakistan’s largest province, saying the plight there would not improve as long as the chief minister was not interested to do something about it.
The bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry, heard the case here.
During the course of hearing, Attorney General of Pakistan, Maulvi Anwarul Haq submitted sealed reports on behalf of Military Intelligence (MI) and Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI)on Balochistan situation.
