LHC forms full bench for president’s dual office case hearing

LAHORE: Chief Justice of Lahore High Court (LHC) has constituted a full bench for the hearing of a case against the president for holding dual office.

The bench will be headed by Justice Umar Ata Bandial while other member of the bench included Justice Nasir Shaikh, Justice Najam-ul-Hassan, Justice Ijaz ul Hasan and Justice Mansoor Ali.

LHC had ordered President Asif Zardari to end all political activities by 5th September.

The full bench on September 5 will hear the case.
