The incident took place in Chak Nizamabad. All the five passengers in rickshaw died instantly while the driver sustained serious injuries.
The victims were identified as Razia, her brother Ali Raza, Rafiq, Qais Muhamamd and Zulfiqar.
Police have arrested the bus driver and started further investigation.
