Talking to newsmen here, the Balochistan Home Minister said the death row inmate Saulat Mirza was found unconscious in his death cell last night and the jail authorities informed the Federal government about it which later issued the orders to postpone Mirza's execution.
"We have ordered an inquiry in connection with the recording of Saulat Mirza's statement", Sarfaraz said.
