Astor: Entry/exit roads open after Lolosar incident

GILGIT/BALTISTAN: All the entry/exit roads of district Astor have been opened on Friday after eight days of Lolosar incident, Geo News reported.

On the other hand, public transports on Shahrah-e-Karakoram are still closed, while the awaiting held up tourists besides the citizens in Gilgit/Baltistan are facing great difficulties due to closure of public transports.

In Astor, despite roads opened after eight days government offices, educational institutions and trading centres are still closed.

Indefinite ban on motorcycle riding remained clamped in Gilgit for thwarting target killing.
