Indian PM Modi attends Nick, Priyanka’s wedding reception

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ wedding reception in New Delhi on Tuesday night.

The celebrity couple hosted a reception at Hotel Taj Palace in Delhi following a three-day wedding celebration in Umaid Bhawan Palace of Jodhpur.

Dressed in a white kurta pyjama and a black waistcoat, the Indian prime minister was received by Priyanka's mother Madhu Chopra who accompanied him to the stage where he gifted a rose each to the newly-weds.

According to IANS, Modi stayed on the stage for about 10 minutes exchanging greetings and pleasantries with the couple's families.

Priyanka also introduced Modi to her brother-in-law Joe Jonas and his fiance "Game Of Thrones" actor Sophie Turner.

The Bollywood actor looked ethereal in a silver lehenga by Falguni Shane Peacock while Jonas looked dapper in a velvet tuxedo.

The couple tied the knot in two lavish wedding ceremonies held in Jodhpur on December 2 and 3.
