No need for global flood relief appeal right now: Nawaz
HYDERABAD: Muslim League-N (ML-N)’s president Mian Nawaz Sharif has said that there was no need for global appeal for flood relief, except for having developed the habit of begging. He further said Karachi staged show was like the thief blaming the cop.

At Hyderabad residence of former provincial minister, Dr. Irfan Gul Magsi, talking to media, Nawaz Sharif demanded that the flood devastated areas be immediately declared as calamity hit areas.

ML-N president said that the flood affected persons must get the relief, but there was no need to appeal for global help right now.

He said that all of us should get united, he has no personal agenda, the political parties including all the concerned quarters should sit together.

Nawaz Sharif said, “This is Quaid-e-Azam’s Pakistan, but not the Quaid’s dreams come true. The current situation in Pakistan might be hurting the Quaid’s soul even.”

Replying to a question, Nawaz Sharif said that he would make any comment on the Altaf Hussain’s video conference, but added that Karachi staged show was like a thief blaming the cop. Lacs of people were earning their livelihood in Karachi, all ended in a day, he lamented.
