Motorway closed for traffic from Peshawar to Burhan interchange

LAHORE: Motorway has been closed for all kind of traffic from Peshawar to Burhan interchange due to thick fog, Geo News reported.

According to Motorway police, the Motorway has been closed from Peshawar to Islamabad interchange due to thick fog at Islamabad-Peshawar Motorway M1. The visibility was down to zero due to mist.

While Peshawar bound traffic is being diverted to G T Road from Burhan interchange.

Motorway officials have appealed the citizens to avoid travel at night on Motorway and use G T road besides keeping fog headlights of their vehicles on and observe control over speed.
