Iqbal Jafri Advocate had submitted the plea with the LHC to make Haqqani undergo polygraph screening for knowing if the former ambassador was telling the truth or not.
The LHC rejected the plea on grounds that the petitioner had failed to present concrete evidence before the court again Hussain Haqqani.
