Reese Witherspoon announced that her company Hello Sunshine has teamed up with Dolly Parton as the actress will star in and also produce Run Rose Run which she co-wrote with James Patterson.

Talking to Instagram, the Big Little Lies actor dropped a picture with the newly released suspense tale.

The 46-year-old captioned the post, “Dreams really do come true!”

“I could not be happier to share that Hello Sunshine is adapting Run Rose Run by Dolly Parton and James Patterson into a movie!” Witherspoon added.

She continued, “I’m so grateful to Dolly & James for trusting us with their vision to bring this special story to life.”

Patterson will also be producing the film with Witherspoon and Hello Sunshine’s President of Film and Television, Lauren Neustadter.

Earlier, Witherspoon expressed her feelings on working with the 76-year-old singer – songwriter in an interview with Deadline.

She had said, “Growing up in Nashville, I’ve loved Dolly since the moment I heard her magical voice and saw her luminous personality shine onstage. Beyond her magnetic presence as an artist and performer, she is one of the greatest songwriters and storytellers of our time.”

She went on saying, “Her impact knows no bounds – as a musician, actor, writer, businesswoman, activist and all around incredible human being – Dolly Parton is not only an icon to me, but a true inspiration to women and girls everywhere.”

“I couldn’t feel more honored to be working alongside her and James to bring this remarkable story to the screen,” Witherspoon concluded.

Dolly Parton is all set to enthrall fans in an upcoming feature film adaption of “Run, Rose, Run.” The movie is based on a novel that Parton co-wrote with James Patterson.
