Amber Heard told Johnny Depp was a "washed up actor"

She told the court that Amber eventually got into the vehicle and the couple then drove back to the house.

The witness said that she followed the vehicle in a John Deere buggy with another member of staff, named CJ.

When they arrived at the house, she said that they could hear Johnny and Amber arguing.

She told the court that Amber said to Johnny: "You're a washed up actor... You'll die a fat, lonely old man."

Roberts said that Johnny replied: "You hit me with a can." Johnny Depp reportedly 'suffered a bruised nose' in an incident in Bahamas.

She said that Amber had a bottle in her hand and that she was "clawing, grabbing at his clothes... trying to viciously pull him back" and was unaware that she was watching.

Roberts said that Johnny "didn't react" to Amber and "stood there with his arms by his side. He didn't do anything."

She said that her and CJ then separated the couple by Ms Roberts taking Johnny to a cafe while CJ took Amber elsewhere.

Roberts claimed that the Pirates of the Caribbean star had a bruise on the bridge of his nose.
