ISLAMABAD : The Sessions Court hearing the Rimsha Masih case, has ordered that the 14 year old with downs syndrome be tried by the Juvenile Court, Geo News reported.
The Judge issued the notice to transfer her case, and has instructed the police to submit a fresh challan before the juvenile court, while also ordering that accused Moulvi Khalid be presented before the court.
The case has been adjourned till the 1st of October.
