Katie Holmes heads to Broadway production as her show nears finale

Katie Holmes was spotted heading towards Broadway production in New York City.

According to Daily Mail, the 45-year-old actress kept a low-profile as she walked to the Barrymore Theatre ahead of her production of Our Town's final show on Saturday.

For the low-key outing, the Batman Begins actress donned a dark winter coat and bright red slacks which she accessorised with maroon designer sunglasses and carried a black purse.

For the unversed, the ex-wife of Tom Cruise began previews for Our Town on September 17, with the production officially opening on October 10.

The show originally ran on Broadway in 1938 and became an instant classic of the American stage, winning the Pulitzer Prize For Drama.

Written by Thornton Wilder, the final show which stars Holmes as Mrs. Webb, mother to Deutsch's protagonist Emily, is scheduled for Sunday, January 19, 2025, at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre.

It is worth mentioning that Katie Holmes expressed her gratitude by writing on Instagram, “I am so grateful to be a part of this production saying these beautiful words with my favorite actors.”
