Brooke Shields marks 'smart' daughter Rowan Henchy's special day

Brooke Shields is celebrating her daughter Rowan Henchy on her special day.

On Thursday, May 15, the Blue Lagoon actress took to her Instagram account to mark her eldest daughter's 22nd birthday.

in the celebratory post, the proud mom shared a series of snaps of Rowan throughout her life from her baby photos to a full grown-up adult walking the red carpet with Brooke.

"Happy 22nd birthday to the girl who made me a mom," Brooke sweetly wished Rowan.

Gushing over her daughter she continued, "She’s as funny as she is smart and as kind as she is beautiful. I love you so much, Rowan. I’m so proud of you!! And to a party."

Rowen took to her social media handle and rushed to the comment to reply to her mom's sweet wish, writing, "And to a party" referring to the ink noth mother-daughter duo shares.

It is pertinent to mention that Brooke is also mom to 18-year-old daughter Grier. She shares both of her daughters with her longtime husband film director Chris Henchy.
