Kensington Palace releases statement after Prince William, Kate Middleton snubbed Meghan, Harry

Prince William and Kate Middleton have shared their first social media post after publicly snubbing Meghan Markle and Prince Harry on their 7th wedding anniversary on Monday.

The duke and duchess celebrated their big day on Monday May 19th, however, they did not receive any public greetings from King Charles, William and other royals.

A day after Meghan and Harry’s 7th wedding anniversary, Kensington Palace shared a video on its official social media handles with a sweet statement of the Prince and Princess of Wales.

The video was released to mark the World Bee Day.

They said, “Happy World Bee Day! Celebrating a small insect with a big job. Bees pollinate our flowers, plants and crops, support biodiversity and keep our ecosystems thriving.”

Commenting on the post, one royal fan said, “Such a small creature, yet so mighty—just like the quiet strength you carry, Princess Catherine.”

Kate and William’s statement comes amid reports the Princess of Wales has made a desperate plea to her husband Prince William, father-in-law King Charles and Queen Camilla regarding Prince Harry.

The Radar Online, citing insiders, has reported that Kate Middleton is under huge pressure from Prince William to sever contact with Prince Harry following the Duke's latest public comments about the Royal Family.

Harry’s recent comments have further reignited tensions between the royal brothers.

However, the Princess of Wales is seemingly resisting William’s request.

Although, Kate shares her frustration with Harry's decision to speak publicly, the Princess remains deeply concerned for her brother-in-law and has continued to urge reconciliation behind the scenes.

The source told the media outlet, “Kate’s deeply upset with Harry, but she’s also frustrated that William and the rest of the family have allowed things to deteriorate this badly.

“It’s heartbreaking for her to watch the family so publicly divided.”

Kate Middleton is said to be urging Prince William, King Charles, Queen Camilla and other senior members of the Firm– to "lighten up on Harry", reach out and "finally make peace."
