Lizzo is done keeping secrets... and this one had even podcast hosts stunned.

Appearing on Friends Keep Secrets podcast on March 31, the About Damn Time singer opened up about a deeply personal chapter, revealing she did not lose her virginity until her 30s.

"I was a late bloomer. I lied about it for a long time," she admitted, sitting alongside Benny Blanco, Lil Dicky and Kristin Batalucco.

When the hosts tried guessing when it happened, Lizzo dropped the timeline: 2020. "Isn't that crazy?" she laughed. "I wasn't even thinking about it... I promised myself when I was younger that I wouldn't have sex until I won a Grammy."

Yes, really.

After winning her first Grammy in early 2020, she followed through – just not that same night. "I feel a weight off of my chest right now," she said. "It was so embarrassing... I said, 'I love the D.' I said that."

Before that? Her first kiss did not exactly help.

"It was terrible… It was a New Year's Eve thing and he forced it on me… I was like, 'My first kiss is ruined.'"

Lizzo also shared how her strict upbringing and a teenage church pact shaped her decisions, admitting fear and insecurity played a big role.

Fast forward to now, and things look very different. She’s happily in love with Myke Wright telling The Howard Stern Show back in 2022: "I am very much in love with Myke. 100 percent. There’s nobody else I’m going to be with for the rest of my life."

From awkward beginnings to confident honesty – Lizzo’s story is anything but boring.
