Maura Higgins and Ciara Miller are trading reality‑TV drama for the ballroom.
The Traitors star and the Summer House favorite were unveiled Wednesday as the first two cast members of Dancing With the Stars season 35.
It was announced during Hulu’s Get Real event in Beverly Hills.
Higgins, who first captured audiences on Love Island UK in 2019, has since built a career as a presenter across the Love Island franchise and most recently finished as runner‑up on season four of The Traitors.
She previously competed on Dancing on Ice in 2020 and has hinted at her interest in joining DWTS.
She even shared that she and pro Mark Ballas would dance together during filming breaks.
Miller, meanwhile, joined Summer House in 2021 and quickly became a fan favorite.
The Bravo star has been navigating headline‑grabbing personal drama this season after her castmates West Wilson and Amanda Batula confirmed their romance.
In a recent Glamour interview, Miller admitted the fallout has been “a major mindf---,” but now she’s turning her focus to the dance floor.
A former ballet student, she told Us Weekly last year she’d “totally” do DWTS if the timing was right, and even named Val Chmerkovskiy as her dream partner.
With Higgins and Miller confirmed, anticipation is already building for season 35.
The ballroom won’t open for months, but fans now have their first glimpse of the personalities ready to compete for the mirrorball trophy.
