Perrie Edwards marries Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain after 8 years together

Perrie Edwards and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are officially married!
The Daily Mail reported that the Little Mix star and footballer exchanged vows on Saturday, June 13, during an intimate ceremony in Portugal. The couple, who have been together for eight years, said “I do” in Quinta do Lago, with around 70 close friends and family in attendance.
According to photos obtained by the outlet, Edwards, 32, arrived at a small Catholic church around 3pm, wearing a lace gown featuring long sleeves and a corset-style bodice. She exited the venue carrying a bouquet of white calla lilies, hand in hand with her new husband.
Following the service, guests gathered at the nearby Parrilla Natural restaurant for a reception overlooking one of the Algarve's most scenic locations.
The wedding marks a new chapter for the couple, who began dating in 2017 and got engaged in 2022. They already share two children together: son Axel and daughter Alanis Valentine, who was born just five months ago.
Before the ceremony, the newlyweds also hosted a lavish pre-wedding celebration.
Despite previous reports, Perrie’s former Little Mix bandmate Jade Thirlwall was not present as she performed at Primavera Sound festival in Porto. It is not clear if fellow bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock was in attendance. Unsurprisingly, the fourth Little Mix member, Jesy Nelson, was not present at the nuptials given her fallout with Edwards.
Edwards recently opened up about the friendship fallout during an appearance on The Great Company podcast earlier this week, where she also opened up about how Oxlade-Chamberlain helped her heal from her past “toxic” relationship with former One Direction member Zayn Malik.
