Helen Skleton proved herself to be a woman of strength and resilience despite the public break down of her marriage to her ex-husband Richie Myler.
The 42-year old TV presenter said her personal motto is to keep moving forward, stay strong and continue with life despite difficulties.
Instead of hiding after her breakup, Helen chose to face life head-on by joining Strictly Come Dancing, which helped her move on from the painful experience.
Before her stint on the BBC dance show, Helen said she was dealing with gossip in her 'tiny community', telling the Times:
'It felt humiliating to me because of where I'm from. I didn't enjoy walking down the street and people knowing stuff about my past.'
Fast forward to 2023, Helen became a regular co-presenter on Morning Live.
However, she and her co-host, Gethin Jones, have reportedly been at the centre of the speculation about whether they are romantically involving behind the scenes.
Finally setting the record straight, Helen said: 'It's wild. I've had my best friend congratulate me on our engagement. We're not [together]. We work together; he's one of my best friends.'
She also revealed she is not on dating apps, joking: 'I couldn't think of anything worse, although my dad keeps saying I'm on Tinder when he means Vinted.'
As far Helen's past life, she announced her split from rugby star Richie Myler in 2022,and their divorce was finalised two years later.
The former couple share three children: Elsie, Ernie, and Louis.
