The former glamour model, 48, grabbed attention as she went topless, with her ribcage tattoo prominently displaying the words 'Owned by Lee,' during a recent pool day in Ibiza.

Back in May, four months after their shock wedding, the seemingly besotted couple got the matching tattoos, with Lee sporting an 'Owned by Katie' inking across his back.

Katie showed off her tattoo after she appeared in high spirit, proudly displaying her sparkling ring while attending Manchester Pride on Friday.

Katie's outing comes after the star rebuffed romance rumours with Jake Quickenden.

The pair shared a flirty exchange at the Hair and Beauty Awards in Manchester earlier this month.
