Ariana Grande celebrates one monthiversary after Ricky Alvarez reunion

Ariana Grande is celebrating a very special milestone.

On Monday, August 31, the pop icon — who recently hard-launched her rekindled relationship with Ricky Alvarez — marked one month since she released her eighth studio album, petal. Celebrating the occasion, Grande, 33, took to her Instagram Stories to re-share multiple behind-the-scene moments, interviews, and music video clips.

“Happy one month of petal!!! My baby that i love so,” she wrote over one interview clip in which she called the album one of her most “intimate” creative processes yet.

“Thank you all for showing this album so much love,” she wrote over another clip of the hate that i made you love me music video. “Happy one month, sweet petals,” she added.

The latest album was released in the middle of Grande’s ongoing eternal sunshine tour, which kicked off on June 6 and will conclude on September 1. During the fourth stop of the tour in Austin, Texas, Grande famously changed the lyrics of her 2018 hit, thank u, next, confirming that she is back together with Alvarez 10 years after they first dated.

“Wrote some songs about Ricky / We always find our way back,” she sang instead of the original lyric: ‘Wrote some songs about Ricky / Now I listen and laugh.”

The pair have since been flaunting their rekindled love by sharing each other on social media and even getting matching “I do love you” and “baby doll” tattoos.
