Prince Harry to honour 'fearless legacy' after Kate's brutal challenge

Prince Harry will be taking on public engagements in Britain with a grand move as his meaningful role in upcoming event is laid bare.

The Duke of Sussex seems to be going above and beyond, just weeks after Princess Catherine took on the brutal Three Peaks Challenge, as he will be participating in a fundraising skydive, this month.

While the Princess of Wales scaled three mountains for raising funds for cancer hopsital, Harry will be jumping for from the skies.

He will be joined by fellow veterans in honour of 102-year-old World War II veteran Ed Marshall. Harry had made a pact with Ed just two years ago during his visit to Canada that he would join him on his next jump.

Now, Harry is ready to fulfil his promise but with some change in plans. Ed had fell more than 11,000 feet to mark his 100th birthday and raised more than $100,000 for Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto. However, due to doctor’s orders, he cannot continue with the activity this year. Hence, Ed’s grandson, Bailey, is jumping in his grandfather’s place to continue his fearless legacy.

The charities that are supported by the event include Sunnybrook Military Hospital post-WWII, it houses one of Canada’s largest veteran care facilities, providing specialised care, art therapy programmes, and training for military personnel.

Harry has a longstanding relationship with the charity, which helped bring the Invictus Games to Toronto in 2017 and later supported the winter Invictus Games in Vancouver and Whistler.
