Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is celebrating after overcoming a major health crisis.

The Jersey Shore star announced in an Instagram post on Saturday, September 20, that she is cancer-free after undergoing several procedures following her cervical cancer diagnosis earlier this year.

“After a colposcopy, conization & hysterectomy, mawma is cancer free,” Polizzi wrote on top of a video of herself celebrating with a drink.

The reality star continued in the caption, “Thanks to all the doctors who helped me on this journey! It wouldn’t be possible without you! Now it’s paps every 3 months to make sure it never comes back! GET UR PAP SMEARS LADIES! & stay on top of those appointments!”

Polizzi was diagnosed with stage 1 cervical cancer in February and underwent a hysterectomy in July. She later opened up about the procedure, explaining that doctors removed her uterus and cervix while keeping her ovaries to prevent early menopause.
