Dolly Parton's sister finally addresses family feud rumours

Late Dolly Parton’s family is dealing with family feud and struggles after her death.

One of the legendary music icon’s sisters is speaking out amid reports surrounding the country music icon’s estate.

Following the I Will Always Love You singer's death, who breathed her last at the age of 80 on August 25, her nephew Bryan Seaver—who was the family member chosen to announce the news—reportedly lost security contracts at her properties.

Seaver subsequently criticised the late singer's longtime manager over the decision, while the manager has since filed for a restraining order.

Amid the reports, Dolly’s younger sister, Freida Parton, addressed speculation about tension within the family.

On Wednesday, September 23, Freida took to Instagram to shut down rumors of a dispute over the singer’s estate.

“I’ll say this and this only: there is no feud within our family,” Freida wrote. “No one among the Parton/Owens family is fighting over Dolly’s estate.”

She also directly addressed the reports involving Bryan.

“We all love Bryan, just as we all love each other,” Freida continued. “I love you all!!”

Freida’s statement comes as attention remains focused on the circumstances surrounding Dolly’s estate and those closest to her.

Meanwhile, another recent report claimed that Dolly allegedly allowed only one person to be by her deathbed in her final moments, adding another layer of interest to the story surrounding the legendary singer’s family.
