Prince William issues powerful message amid Harry documentary shock

Prince William's team shared a major update about an upcoming event close to his heart amid Prince Harry's Diana documentary buzz.

The Prince of Wales introduced the 2026 Earthshot Prize Finalists, who have innovative projects aiming to "Fix our Climate."

Talking about Mahila Housing Trust, the Earthshot Prize's spokesperson shared that they are "helping some of India’s most vulnerable communities survive extreme heat.

"It supplies solar reflective white paint that can make homes five degrees cooler and provides insurance that pays out when it is too hot to work. By 2030, Mahila Housing Trust aims to reach millions of homes and women in India and beyond."

Another meaningful project is "Ørsted", which is the world leader in offshore wind.

Giving details about it, William's team said, "Twenty years ago, the company was one of Europe’s most coal-intensive energy companies.

"It made the brave decision to rebuild its business around renewable energy and has cut its direct carbon emissions by more than 98%. Ørsted is now constructing Hornsea 3, the world’s biggest offshore wind farm."

Introducing Pula to the Earthshot Prize audience, it has been shared that they use "satellite and field data to provide affordable insurance to 24 million farmers across Africa and Asia.

"It protects livelihoods by allowing farmers to continue to produce the food we all depend on. With 500 million smallholder farmers across the world, the potential is immense."
