NA-149: Voting stopped on polling station 132

MULTAN: After being resumed for a brief period, voting has once again stopped on polling station 132 of NA-149.

Voting was stopped when two groups clashed over the casting of fake votes. The clash took place between supporters of Javed Hashmi and Amir Dogar on the polling station which had been designated for women voters. After police failed to control the situation the Rangers were called in.

The returning officer said the time for polling would not be extended and would conclude at the scheduled time of 5 PM.
