KARACHI: Four persons were killed and another injured in separate violent incidents in the city on Saturday.
A man, Shahid-25 and Shehbaz-30, residents of Orangi Town, were gunned down by unidentified armed men near Chishti Nagar in Orangi town. The bodies were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) for an autopsy.
An unidentified person aged about 30 was shot dead by unknown gunmen near Country Tower in Nagin Chowrangi. The body was shifted to ASH for medico-legal formalities.
Separately, strangulated body of a youth Sajid Hussain-25, resident of Khandu Goth Nazimabad was found from his own house from his village. The body was shifted to ASH for medico legal formalities.
Yet in another incident a man, Siddiq-35 was shot and injured by unidentified dacoits on resistance to robbery in the jurisdiction of Shah Latif police station in Gulshan-e-Iqbal.
He was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center for treatment.
