Body of a young girl found in Lahore

LAHORE: Body of a 16-year old girl was found in Band road area of the city on Thursday, Geo News reported.

According to reports, residents of Nijatpura found body of a young girl stuffed in a gunny bag. Police rushed to the scene after receiving information and shifted the body to a near by hospital for medico-legal formalities.

Identity of the deceased was yet to be ascertained. However, police suspected that the girl was poisoned to death.
