Punjab law minister visits Joseph Colony amid protests

LAHORE: Punjab law minister, Rana Sanaullah, Saturday evening visited the ravaged Joseph Colony amid anti-Punjab government protests, Geo News reported.

“I assure you all the hooligans who vandalized, arsonized, and pillaged your houses and businesses will be taken to the task tonight”, said he talking to the victims who lost their homes as well as lifesavings.

He said the action against the violent vandals would be launched without delay.

Provincial law minister also announced that on the directives of Chief Minister Punjab, Shahbaz Sharif, all the houses laid to ruins by the mob would he rebuilt from the ground with the best of construction materials.

“The reconstructed houses will, hopefully, be better than those destroyed” said he.
