Karachi: Azizabad blasts case registered

KARACHI: Police have registered case of Azizabad blasts against unidentified miscreants, Geo News reported.

The FIR was lodged in Azizabad police station on the complaint of a youth, injured in the blasts-- under Explosive Act, Anti-Terrorism Act, murder and attempt to murder.

Meanwhile, caretaker Health Minister Dr Junaid Ali Shah confirmed killing of three people in the blasts. He said 40 others were injured.

The minister said the deceased have been identified as Rahat Khan, 35 and 11-year-old Usman, however, the DNA test of the third would be carried out to ascertain the identity.
