Resolution for Hazara Province' submitted in KP Assembly

PESHAWAR: A resolution calling for an amendment in the constitution to upgrade Hazara Division into a province was filed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly here on Friday, Geo News reported.

According to sources, MPAs Mushtaq Ghani, Sardar Idrees, and Qalandar Lodhi, elected from Hazara Division, tabled the resolution.

The resolution states that 'Hazara Province' is a long-standing demand of the residents of the Division, which must be met as early as possible.
