Karachi: ASI gunned down while purchasing Iftari

KARACHI: An Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) of police was shot and killed in Shah Lateef Town area on Tuesday, Geo News reported.

According to police, ASI was out purchasing edibles for Iftari when unidentified outlaws opened fire on him, killing him on the spot.

The body of the deceased was sent to a local hospital for post mortem and the police have kicked off investigation into the incident.
